Join us for a midday reset! No matter what your skill level, you are welcome to come enjoy 20 minutes of activation with our friend Meredith of Starlight Yoga to recenter, reclaim, and release. Feel free to change into comfy clothes or just wear your stretchy pants that day. ;)
