I am not your typical HR professional. How many people do you know that start in construction and end up in HR? I am sure not many - but now you know at least one person!
I am a trainer, supervisor, programs manager, project manager, problem solver, sales person, writer, and team leader. I know how to build a building from the ground up and put all the parts and pieces together, as well as make a difference in people’s careers/lives. I made the transition from construction (Project Engineer) to human resources 10+ years ago and spent a fair amount of time in TA, recruiting for interns up to the C-Suite, as well as change management, process improvement and systems integration.

Lover of really good coffee, wine, books and beer. Global travel is definitely my thing.
